Trial of Sahrawi political prisoners in El-Ayoune

The human rights activist and president of the local branch of ASVDH in Boujdour, Mr. Mohamed TAHLIL, appeared today, Tuesday, November 20, before the Court of Appeal. It decided to postpone his trial until 4 December 2007. We recall that Mr. TAHLIL was sentenced by the court of first instance to three years in prison Wednesday, September 19, 2007.
Similarly, the three Sahrawi political prisoners, Mr. Mohamed BOUTABAA, Mr. Nafai SAH and Mr. Mohamed EBOUSSATI, will appear tomorrow, Wednesday, November 21, 2007 before the court of first instance.
