Aggression against Saharawi political prisoner

Four guards of the Black Prison of El-Ayoune today, Thursday, November 22, 2007, attacked the Sahrawi political prisoner, Mr. Bachir Elaabed Elmohdar KHADDA. According to the family of Mr. KHADDA, he was violently assaulted and abused by four officers for no reason except his Saharawi identity. The same source also said that other Sahrawi political detainees, among them, the president of Local Committee of the asvdh, Mr. Mohamed TAHLIL, have also been subjected to the ill-treatment and their personal things were confiscated by the guards of the prison black.

In addition, the family of the former Sahrawi political prisoner, Mr. Sidi Mohamed ALOUATE, informed the asvdh that his son was kidnapped by the Moroccan secret services, yesterday Wednesday, November 21, 2007, around 17: 00 GMT, in Rabat. The family said that they had received no news of there son since yesterday is still concern about his fate.
