Pattern of Moroccan intimidation intensifies

Daha ERRAHMOUNI, a member of ASVDH’s bureau, was detained today, Wednesday, 18 October 2006, on Smara Blvd. in El-Ayoune. Mr Errahmouni was in the company of a Mr LISMAAILI. They were in their car when agents of the Moroccan police detained them for unidentified reasons. They were soon released after a half hour. This intimidation is in the context of a series of provocations against ASVDH members and Sahrawi human rights defenders.
