Since Sunday, August 22, the Saharawi in El-Aaiun- Western Sahara demonstrating every night in the avenue of, Smara in El Aaiun against Moroccan oppression and for respect the legitimate right to self-determination of the people of Western Sahara. Thursday, August 26 at 4.00 o’clock, two Saharawi elderly women were injured after an attack by the Moroccan forces of police.

أصيبت سيدتين صحراويتين مسنتين بجروح على اثر اعتداء تعرضتا له مساء يوم أمس الخميس بمدينة العيون- الصحراء الغربية.وقالت السيدة الزينة إبراهيم البشير البالغة من العمر 75 عاما أنها كانت جالسة أمام باب منزلها فإذا بعشرة عناصر من رجال الشرطة المغربية يرأسهم العريف عبد العالي الرشيدي كانوا يطاردون متظاهرين صحراويين ، نهرها العريف وأمرها بدخول منزلها ، فبينما هي تستجيب لأمره إذا به يقوم بركلها ولما دخلت وأغلقت باب المنزل عاد من جديد لمحاولة اقتحامه .

Depuis dimanche 22 août, les sahraouis de El Aaiun au Sahara occidental occupé manifestent toutes les nuits dans l’avenue de Smara de El Aaiun contre l’oppression marocaine et pour le respect du droit légitime à l’autodétermination du Sahara Occidental. Jeudi 26 août à 4h du matin, deux vieilles femmes Sahraouies ont été blessées par une attaque des forces de la police marocaine.

Monday, August 23, Moroccan police arrested Ahmed Salek Latrache, a Saharawi citizen in the ‘la visite’ Avenue in El-Aaiun, Western Sahara, before holding an interrogation under torture. According to Ahmed Salek Latrache, 20 years old, a Moroccan police patrol led by the Brigadier Abdul Ali Rashidi attacked him while he was walking along the boulevard and forced him to get into the patrol car. During the trip, the Brigadier Abdul Ali Rashidi deliberately hit Mr. Latrache on the soles of his feet. The interrogation, questions and strokes continued after his arrival in the prefecture.

El lunes 23 de agosto, la policía marroquí detuvo a un ciudadano saharaui de 20 años, Ahmed Salek Latrash, en la avenida de la Visita de El Aaiún en Sahara Occidental, para infligirle un interrogatorio bajo tortura. Según Ahmed Salek Latrash, una patrulla de policía marroquí dirigida por el brigadier Abdel Ali Rachidi le atacó sobre las 3h de la mañana cuando él daba un paseo en la avenida, y le forzó a subir en el coche patrulla. Durante el trayecto, el brigadier Abdel Ali Rachidi le golpeó en la planta de los pies.
اعتقلت الشرطة المغربية صباح يوم الاثنين مواطنا صحراويا ، من شارع لافزيت بمدينة العيون الصحراء الغربية قبل أن يتعرض للاستنطاق تحت التعذيب .وقال احمد سالك لطرش البالغ من العمر 20 عاما ، أن دورية تابعة للشرطة يقودها العريف عبد العالي الرشيدي الملقب ب » العزوة » اختطفته الساعة الثالثة والنصف من صباح الاثنين عندما كان يترجل بالشارع السالف الذكر. ودون سابق إنذار قامت بالاعتداء عليه قبل أن يرغم على ركوب سيارة الدورية . وأضاف السيد لطرش أن العريف » العزوة » كان يتعمد ضربه بعصا على وجه القدم . ولدى وصوله إلى مقر ولاية الأمن ، تواصل التحقيق معه حول أسباب وجوده في شارع لافزيت أين جرت مواجهات بين الشرطة المغربية ومواطنين صحراويين خرجوا في مظاهرة تضامنا مع ما تعرض له خمسة نشطاء حقوقيين أثناء عودتهم من زيارة إلى الجزائر.
