Amnesty International appelle les autorités marocaines à ouvrir immédiatement une enquête sur le tir fatal dont a été victime un garçon de 14 ans à un poste de contrôle pour accéder à un camp de Sahraouis engagés dans un mouvement de protestation.
Amnesty International is calling on the Moroccan authorities to immediately investigate the fatal checkpoint shooting of a 14-year old boy outside a camp set up by Sahrawi protestors. According to his relatives, Al-Nagem Al-Qarhi was shot dead on 24 October by Moroccan military officers, while in a car bringing supplies to a camp set up by Sahrawi protesters demanding an end to their economic marginalization by the Moroccan government. “The disturbing details of this killing that must be investigated immediately and transparently”, said Amnesty International. “Morocco needs to show that it has not violated UN standards on the use of firearms, or used excessive force as it chokes off access, supplies and communications to the Sahrawi protest camp.”
Amnistía Internacional ha pedido a las autoridades marroquíes que abran de inmediato una investigación sobre los disparos mortales efectuados contra un niño de 14 años en un control a la entrada de un campamento de protesta saharaui.
تدعو منظمة العفو الدولية السلطات المغربية إلى إجراء تحقيق فوري في حادثة قتل صبي عمره 14 عاماً بالرصاص عند نقطة تفتيش خارج مخيم أقامه محتجون صحراويون. وقال أقرباء الصبي إن الناجم الكارحي قُتل بالرصاص في 24 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول على أيدي أفراد الجيش المغربي بينما كان يستقل سيارة لجلب المؤن إلى مخيم أقامه محتجون صحراويون يطالبون بوضع حد للتهميش الاقتصادي الذي يكابدونه على أيدي السلطات المغربية.
El domingo, 24 de octubre de 2010, a las 19.00 tipos, las Fuerzas armadas Reales abrieron el fuego sobre un vehículo 4×4 Nissan pick up de civiles saharauis que intentaban reunirse con el campamento de los exiliados saharauis, a 12 km de El Aaiún-Sahara occidental. Según los informes de ASVDH, El Garhi Najem (de 14 años de edad) murió sobre el sitio. Mientras que sus compañeros han sido trasladados al hospital de El-Aaiún, en el que están, por lo menos dos, en un estado grave.

Selon les ressources de l’ASVDH El Garhi Najem (âgé de 14 ans) a trouvé la mort sur le champ. Alors que ses camarades ont été transférés à l’hôpital de El-Aaiun, dont au moins deux dans un état grave.
Sunday October 24, 2010, at 19:00 GMT, the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces opened fire on a Nissan 4×4 pick up full of Sahrawi civilians who were trying to join the camps of Sahrawi exiles 12 km from El-Aaiun, Western Sahara. According to ASVDH’s sources, Najem El Garhi (aged 14) died on the spot while his comrades were transferred to hospital in El-Aaiun, including two in serious condition.
أطلقت القوات المسلحة الملكية المغربية المرابطة على حدود مخيم النازحين الصحراويين 12 كلم شرق مدينة العيون الصحراء الغربية النار على مجموعة من الشبان الصحراويين يمتطون سيارة رباعية الدفع مساء الأحد 24 أكتوبر 2010 على الساعة السابعة بتوقيت غرينتش.
