Sahrawi students detained in El-Ayoune

Following a wave of detentions launched by the Moroccan repressive forces, three Sahrawi pupils were arrested on Friday, 20 April, in El Ayoune, Morocccan-occupied Western Sahara. The families of these three Sahrawis pupils inquired into the fate of their children with the responsible Moroccan security officials, but the security officails denied having any information concerning these three children. However, eyewitnesses confirmed that the three Sahrawi children had been arrested by plainclothes policemen and were taken in a police car of Peugeot “Partner” make. The detained Sahrawi pupils are:
-Khatari BALLAL
-Mohamed ELAASRI
-Yeslem HAIDALA.
The fate of these three Sahrawi pupils remains unknown at the time of this post.
