El-Ayoune – Western Sahara
The Moroccan authorities released yesterday, Sunday July 29, 2007, Mr. Sadik BOULLAHI. He was arrested on Friday July 27, in Guelmim and was transferred to El-Ayoune the same day, where he was held in the judicial police force centre until Sunday July 29, 13: 00 GMT. Mr. BOULLAHI appeared before the examining magistrate who decided to inform a case against him for creation of an unauthorized association, which will take place on October 11.
This new trial against another member of ASVDH confirms the intention of the Moroccan authorities to continue to refuse to this association its right to work in accordance with the laws in force.
