The trial of Sahrawi political detainees postponed to November 27

The court of second degree of El-Ayoune, decided yesterday, November 14, 2007, to postpone the trial of the three Sahrawi political detainees, Mr. Mouloud BARKOUH, Mr. Mr. Ahmed BARKOUH and Khellihenna DLEIMI, to Nov. 27. We recall that these three Sahrawi political detainees were arrested in Smara last June and incarcerated in the black prison of El-Ayoune. In addition, four Spanish observers attended the trial.

Similarly, the trial of the president of the local section of ASVDH in Boujdour, Mr. Mohamed TAHLIL, was also postponed to 27 November by the Court of Appeal El-Ayoune, at the request of the defence. We recall that the Court of Appeal had designated November 20 as the date for the trial.
