اختطفت دورية تابعة للشرطة المغربية ناشطا صحراويا وتوجهت به إلى خارج مدينة العيون – الصحراء الغربية حيث جرى استنطاقه وتعذيبه .

وكان حسنة أبا البالغ من العمر 25 عاما قد اختطف فجر الثلاثاء ، بعد أن ترصد له عناصر الاستعلامات العامة انتقاما من رفعه لشعارات سياسية أثناء عودته من زيارة إلى الجزائر في السابع من حزيران يونيه الماضي .

وأضاف بأنهم وبعد اختطافهم له والتوجه به خارج المدينة، قاموا بلي أصابعه بعد أن تم تقييده بعجلة مطاطية، وقاموا بخنقه، كما هددوه بالاغتصاب بعد أن نزعوا بنطلونه .

وكان ناشط أخر وهو عالي تاكلبوت قد تعرض للاختطاف ، من شارع المأمون بحي معطى الله وتم التوجه به خارج المدينة حيث جرى التحقيق معه ، وأضاف بان العريف الحسوني محمد قد تعمد نطحه بعد أن قيده زملائه . قالوا له أن ما يقومون به هو استجابة لأوامر من الملك.

وفي وقت كان العريف يرغمه على ترديد عبارة  » عاش الملك » كان يردد هو عبارة  » عاشت البوليساريو »

المواطن الصحراوي كبدانة عبد الغني اعتقل في نفس الوقت الذي اعتقل الناشطين السابقين وهو معتقل سياسي سابق تعرض للاختطاف، من على متن إحدى السيارات حيث جرى تعذيبه لاتهامه بالمسؤولية عن تنظيم مظاهرة مؤيدة لحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير ، قبل أن يخلى سبيله بعد ساعات .

تم التخلي عن النشطاء الثلاث خارج المدار الحضري للمدينة حوالى الساعة السادسة صباحا.

Hassana Abba, 25 ans, a été enlevé mardi matin, 31 août, vers 3h00 GMT. Il était surveillé par les agents des renseignements généraux depuis qu’il avait répété des slogans en faveur de l’autodétermination du peuple sahraoui à son retour d’une visite a Alger et aux camps de réfugies le 7 juin dernier avec un groupe du militant.

Selon lui, après l’enlèvement, les policiers lui ont retourné violement les doigts vers l’arrière, ils l’ont étranglé, et l’ont menacé de viol après avoir enlevé son pantalon.

Taglabout Ali, 24 ans, activiste lui aussi, a été enlevé à la même heure par une autre patrouille de la police marocaine. Il était dans la rue de El Ma’amoun du quartier de Ma’atalah, centre de la ville de El’Aain,quand il a été enlevé.

Il a été lui aussi conduit de force vers l’extérieur de la ville où il a été l’interrogé et torturé.
Selon lui le caporal Al-husoni Mohammed a donné l’ordre à ses agents de le tenir écartelé et lui a donné des coups de tête.

En réponse à ses questions, les policiers ont affirmé qu’ils appliquaient les ordres du roi.
À l’injonction des policiers de dire « vive le roi » Taglabout Ali a répondu « vive le Polisario ».

Un ancien prisonnier politique sahraoui, Kebdana Abdul Ghani, a été arrêté en même temps, par une troisième patrouille, il a été enlevé par les policiers marocains, amené à bord d’une voiture en dehors de la ville où il a été torturé pour sa responsabilité présumée de l’organisation d’une manifestation en faveur du droit du peuple sahraoui à l’autodétermination.

Les trois militants ont été relachés au milieu du désert vers 6h du matin.

Hassana Abba, 25 years old, was kidnapped Tuesday morning, Aug. 31, around 3:00 GMT. He was followed by intelligence agents since he repeated slogans in favor of self-determination of the Saharawi people after returning from a visit to Algiers and refugees camp June 7 with a group of activists.

According to him, after the kidnapping, the police returned his fingers backwards violently, and have stifled him and threatened him with rape after removing his pants.

Taglabout Ali, 24 years old other activist , was abducted at the same time by another police Moroccan patrol. He was on the street of El Ma’amoun in Ma’atalah headquarter, central city El Aain, when he was kidnapped.

He driven by force to outside of the city where he was interrogated and tortured.

According to him, Corporal Mohammed Al-Huson has ordered his agents to keep him quartered and kicked his head.

In response to his questions, the police said they followed the king’s orders.

La Sra. Zaima Ibrahim Bashir de 75 años estaba sentada delante de la puerta de su casa cuando diez agentes de la policía marroquí, dirigidos por el cabo Rashidi Abdul Aali, aparecieron ante ella cuando perseguían a los manifestantes saharauis. El cabo le ordenó entrar en su casa.

Cuando se disponía a hacerlo, el cabo Rashidi Abdul Aali le pateó varias veces. Ella entró rapidamente a casa y cerró la puerta. Los agentes al asalto, intentaron a romper la puerta.

Por otro lado, la Sra. Taghra Salem Bouzaid de 72 años, fue atacada por el mismo grupo de policía, que intentaron a romper la puerta de su casa. Los miembros de su familia intervinieron para impedirlo.

Las dos mujeres confirmaron que los agentes de policía habían detenido a dos ciudadanos saharauis que protestaron contra la agresión, y ellas estaban preocupadas por ellos dada la violencia del ataque hasta que se los llevaron a bordo de un coche de policía.

Según fuentes cercanas a los servicios de seguridad, una centena de agentes de policía han sido nuevamente asignados en el Sahara Occidental.

Parece que estas asignaciones se corresponden con el reciente aumento de actos de violencia y de represión arbitraria de la policía marroquí contra los ciudadanos saharauis y contra su libertad de expresión y de opinión.

While the activists all are Spanish sang songs and slogans for the Sahara Libre, dozens of plainclothes police surrounded them, beat and kicked them before transferring to the headquarters of general information in the Prefecture of El-Aaiun, where they were interrogated.

Police stormed the homes of Sahrawis citizens and injured a number of them, among them the two old women, Ms Aziza Khatry and Salam Bouha Elmoudan.

Earlier on Saturday morning around 2am gmt, four Sahrawi women were seriously injured when a Mercedes car driven by a Moroccan policeman employed in the fourth district of El-Aaiun – Western Sahara.

According to Ms. Aziza, one of the four injured, the officer was drunk, and police have not established official report on the incident, but only transferred the man aboard an official vehicle. Mrs Aziza accuses the Moroccan policeman to have deliberately acted for racist reasons

Samedi vers 18h15 gmt La police marocaine est intervenue contre quatorze activistes européen, venus a El-Aaiun pour protester contre les violations de droits de l’homme au Sahara occidental. La protestation a eu lieu devant l’hôtel de ‘Negjir’ où résident les membres de la MINURSO. (Mission des Nations Unies pour le Référendum au Sahara Occidental)

Alors que les militants de nationalité espagnole entonnaient des chants et slogans pour le Sahara Libre des dizaines du policier en tenue civile les ont encerclés et les ont frappés à coups de pied avant de les transférer au siège des renseignements généraux de la préfecture du El-Aaiun où ils ont été interrogés.

Après des heures d’interrogatoire, les espagnols ont été remis à la Casa Espana , puis ont été renvoyés dimanche soir aux Canaries.
La police et les services de renseignement général se sont multipliés dans les premières minutes de la manifestation, et ont imposé un cordon de sécurité étanches et empêché des dizaines de citoyens sahraouis de rejoindre les Espagnols à l’endroit de la manifestation pour les soutenir.
A proximité, dans le quartier de l’Inach, les autorités marocaines ont attaqué des citoyens sahraouis qui avaient l’intension d’organiser une manifestation.
La police c’est introduite par la force dans plusieurs maisons de citoyens sahraouis et blessé un certain nombre d’entre eux, dont deux vieilles femmes, Mmes Aziza Khatry et Salam bouha Elmoudan.
Auparavant, samedi matin vers 2h gmt, quatre femmes Sahraouies ont été grièvement blessées par une voiture Mercedes conduite par un policier marocain employé dans le quatrième arrondissement de El-Aaiun – Sahara occidental.
Selon Mme Aziza, l’une des quatre blessées, l’officier était ivre, et les forces de police n’ont pas établi de procès verbal sur l’incident, mais seulement transféré l’homme à bord d’un véhicule officiel
Mm Aziza accuse l’agent de police marocain d’avoir agit délibérément pour des raisons racistes et politiques.

تدخلت قوات الشرطة المغربية ضد إحدى عشر ناشطا أوربيا ، كانوا بصدد التظاهر أمام فندق نكجير أين يقيم أفراد من بعثة المينورسو احتجاجا على ما يتعرض له الصحراويون من انتهاكات لحقوقهم .

وبينما كان المتضامنون وهم من جنسية اسبانية يرددون عبارة الصحراء حرة مساء يوم السبت احتشدت حولهم عشرات العناصر التابعة لمختلف الأجهزة المغربية بزي مدني وانهالت عليهم ضربا وركلا قبل أن يتم نقلهم إلى مقر الاستعلامات العامة أين جرى التحقيق معهم .

وبعد ساعات متواصلة من التحقيق تم إخلاء سبيل المجموعة بعد أن تم تسليمهم إلى دار اسبانيا على أساس أن يتم ترحيلهم مساء الأحد .

وكانت قوات الشرطة والاستعلامات العامة والاستخبارات قد انتشرت في الدقائق الأولى لتنظيم المظاهرة ، وفرضت طوقا امنيا مشددا ، منعت العشرات من المواطنين الصحراويين من الالتحاق بالمتظاهرين الأسبان ومساندتهم ، وأجهضت مظاهرة مماثلة كان هؤلاء يعتزمون تنظيمها بحي الإنعاش غير بعيد عن مكان الحدث ، قوات الشرطة اقتحمت عدة منازل لمواطنين صحراويين وأصابت عدد منهم بينهم السيدتين عزيزة خطري محيميدة و وسلمو بوها المودن
في سياق متصل أصيبت الجمعة أربع سيدات صحراويات بجروح بليغة بعد دهسهن بسيارة من نوع مرسيدس يقودها ضابط شرطة يشتغل بالدائرة الرابعة بمدينة العيون- الصحراء الغربية .

وقالت السيدة عزيزة أباه وهي إحدى المصابات الأربع ، أن الضابط كان مخمورا ، وان قوات الشرطة لم تفتح محضرا حول الحادث بل اكتفت بنقل الرجل على متن سيارة تابعة لها ، واتهمت السيدة أباه السائق بتعمد إصابتهن لأسباب سياسية وعنصرية.

Thursday, August 26 at 4.00 o’clock, two Saharawi elderly women were injured after an attack by the Moroccan forces of police.

Ms. Zaina Bashir Ibrahim, 75 years old sat in front of her house when ten elements of the Moroccan police, led by Corporal Rashidi Abdul Aali, in pursuit of Sahrawi demonstrators came quickly towards her, The corporal was then ordered her to enter her house.

Ms. Teghra Salem Bouzaid, 72 years old was attacked by the same group of policemen who tried to break the door of her house. Members of her family intervened to prevent this to happen.

Both women confirmed that police had arrested two Saharawi citizens protesting against this aggression and for which they are worried especially they were subject to an attack before they are transported on board a police vehicle.

According to sources close to security services, hundreds of police officers have been newly assigned to the Western Sahara.

It seems that these assignments correspond to the recent increase in acts of violence and arbitrary repression of the Moroccan police against the Sahrawi citizens and against their freedom of expression and opinion

الزينة إبراهيم البشير

وقالت السيدة الزينة إبراهيم البشير البالغة من العمر 75 عاما أنها كانت جالسة أمام باب منزلها فإذا بعشرة عناصر من رجال الشرطة المغربية يرأسهم العريف عبد العالي الرشيدي كانوا يطاردون متظاهرين صحراويين ، نهرها العريف وأمرها بدخول منزلها ، فبينما هي تستجيب لأمره إذا به يقوم بركلها ولما دخلت وأغلقت باب المنزل عاد من جديد لمحاولة اقتحامه .

من جهتها أكدت السيدة تغلة سالم بوزيد البالغة من العمر 72 عاما أنها تعرضت للاعتداء على يد نفس العناصر، ، وقالت بان هته الأخيرة قامت بمحاولة اقتحام منزلها وأنها استعانت بأفراد من عائلتها للحؤول دون ذلك .

وأكدت السيدتين أن عناصر الشرطة قاموا باعتقال مواطنين صحراويين احتجا على ذلك الاعتداء ، وعبرتا عن خشيتهما على مصيرهما خاصة بعد الاعتداء العنيف الذي تعرضا له قبل أن يتم نقلهما على متن إحدى سيارات الشرطة .

يذكر ان مدينة العيون – الصحراء الغربية تشهد منذ أكثر من أسبوعين مظاهرات ووقفات سلمية للمطالبة بحق تقرير المصير يتم التصدي لها بالإفراط في استعمال العنف .

أن الجمعية الصحراوية لتعبر عن بالغ انشغالها مما يتعرض له المواطنون الصحراويون من انتهاكات لحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية .

تخشى من أن تكون الاستعانة بالمئات من عناصر الشرطة من داخل المغرب وإرسالها إلى الصحراء الغربية هو بهدف التصعيد وإرهاب المدنين الصحراويين ومصادرة حقهم الطبيعي في حرية الرأي والتعبير .

Jeudi 26 août à 4h du matin, deux vieilles femmes Sahraouies ont été blessées par une attaque des forces de la police marocaine.

Mme Zaina Ibrahim Bachir, 75 ans était assise devant la porte de sa maison quand dix agents de la police marocaine, dirigés par le caporal Rashidi Abdul Aali, sont arrivés rapidement vers elle, à la poursuite des manifestants sahraouis. Le caporal lui a alors ordonné d’entrer dans sa maison.

Alors qu’elle obéissait, le caporal Rashidi Abdul Aali l’a frappée à coups des pieds. Elle est entrée rapidement chez elle et a fermé la porte. Les policiers ont alors donné l’assaut et essayé de casser la porte.

Mme Teghra Salem Bouzaid, 72 ans, a été attaquée par le même groupe de policiers qui ont essayé de casser la porte de sa maison. Les membres de sa famille sont intervenus pour empêcher cela.

Les deux femmes ont confirmé que les agents de police avaient arrêté deux citoyens sahraouis qui protestaient contre l’agression et pour lesquelles elles sont inquiètes, étant donné la violence de l’attaque avant qu’ils soient transportés à bord d’un véhicule de police.

Selon certaines sources proches des services sécuritaires, une centaine d’agents de police ont été nouvellement affectés au Sahara Occidental.

Il semble que ces affectations correspondent à l’augmentation récente des actes de violences et de répression arbitraire de la police marocaine contre les citoyens sahraouis et contre leur liberté d’expression et d’opinion.
